Valora
By using Valora you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Valora reads property information you provide, researches publicly available sources, and produces an indicative analysis with a price view, comparables and due-diligence pointers. Output is informational and generated automatically.
You can analyse a property without an account. Saving reports requires signing in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You may delete your saved reports at any time from the reports dashboard.
Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload the service, scrape it at scale, or use it to build a competing dataset. Do not submit personal data about other people beyond what a property document ordinarily contains.
Analysis relies on third-party listing portals, government portals and search services. Their availability, accuracy and terms are outside our control, and results can change or be incomplete. Links to external pages are provided for verification only and imply no endorsement.
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. It is not legal, financial, tax, investment or title advice, and public-record checks are indicators rather than legal verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valora is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a transaction decision you take based on the analysis. You are responsible for independent verification before committing funds.
We may update the service and these terms; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
